Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed with Muscle Monkey Supplements LLC.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and confirming their shipping information before placing an order. Once an order has been placed, address changes and cancellations are not accepted.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated and charged at checkout. Muscle Monkey Supplements LLC does not currently offer free shipping.

Carriers and Delivery Estimates

The shipping carrier and service are selected based on the order and destination.

Typical delivery is 3–7 business days after shipment.

Shipping Destinations

Muscle Monkey Supplements LLC currently ships only to destinations within the United States, subject to shipping availability at checkout.

Shipping to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories is available when an appropriate shipping service is offered for the destination.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If additional shipping is required because a customer provided an incorrect or incomplete address, or if an order must be reshipped after being returned as undeliverable for that reason, the customer is responsible for the additional shipping cost.

Lost, Stolen, Delayed, Damaged, or Misdelivered Shipments

Shipping problems must be reported to Muscle Monkey Supplements LLC within five days of the delivery date or, when applicable, the expected delivery date.

Contact MuscleMonkey100@outlook.com and provide the relevant order and tracking information. Muscle Monkey Supplements LLC will review the order and tracking information and work with the shipping carrier and/or fulfillment provider to investigate the issue.

Refunds and replacements are not automatic. Any refund or replacement will be determined after the investigation has been completed.

Return Address

The business return address is not publicly displayed. When a return is approved, the appropriate return address and instructions will be provided directly to the customer.
